Usage: This assay is useful in evaluating patients with Celiac disease including those with compatible symptoms, atypical symptoms and individuals at increased risk like positivity for HLA DQ2 / DQ8. It is also used as a screening test for Dermatitis herpetiformis. The test monitors adherence to gluten free diet.
