Specimen: 2 mL (1 mL min.) Plasma each for Fasting and Post Prandial specimens from 1 Grey Top (Sodium Fluoride) tube. Minimum 8 hours fasting is mandatory. Collect fasting specimen. Ask patient to have a normal to heavy meal. Note the time patient starts the meal. Collect PP sample exactly after 2 hours. Ship refrigerated or frozen.
